The Making of America collection, sponsored by Cornell University, is a digital library of primary resources in American social history. The Cornell University Library digital collection contains approximately 114 books and 24 journals encompassing nearly 900,000 pages. Some of the titles included in the collection are: History of the Pioneer Settlement of Phelps and Gorham’s Purchase and Morris’ Reserve by Orasamus Turner, History of Clarendon from 1810-1888 by David Copeland, several of Hamilton Child’s directories for New York State counties, as well as many other local histories. 2. Genesee County put out by the Bureau of Soils in 1922. It not only shows the types of soils, but it also has maps of all the towns. The streets aren't named, but all the buildings are there.
